By making an account on ILLEST or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ILLEST.
Your account
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- You are responsible for your account, your password and your devices. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe: because your password never reaches us, we cannot recover an account whose password and recovery code are both lost.
- One person may run more than one account, but not to get around a ban, a limit or a verification.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or help anybody else break it.
- Share sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children. We report it.
- Harass, threaten or dox people, or encourage violence or self-harm.
- Spam, scam, phish, impersonate people or companies, or spread malware.
- Attack, overload, scrape or try to break into ILLEST or other people's accounts.
- Sell or trade accounts, or claim names only to hold others to ransom with them.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot see them. We act on what is reported to us, what is public (profiles, pages, names) and what we can see of how an account behaves.
What happens if you break the rules
We may remove content we can see, take back names, limit what an account can do, or suspend or delete it, with or without warning. Server owners and moderators set and enforce their own rules in their servers as well.
Names and pages
- A name is yours to use while your account keeps it, under the rules shown when you claim it. Names that impersonate somebody, infringe a trademark or break these terms can be taken back.
- A public page is public. You are responsible for what you put on it.
Elite and payments
- Elite is paid in USDC on the Solana blockchain, for the time shown when you buy it. Time bought is added to what you have left.
- Blockchain payments are final once confirmed. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look at it.
- What Elite gives can change; if it changes for the worse while you have time left, we will tell you.
The wallet
The wallet is self-custodial: you alone hold its keys and its recovery phrase. We cannot see, move, freeze or recover your funds, and cannot undo a transaction. Swaps are quoted and carried out by third parties (Jupiter, LI.FI) and carry a small fee that the swap screen shows before you confirm. Crypto prices move; nothing in ILLEST is financial advice.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You give ILLEST only the permission it needs to store it, deliver it and show it to the people you share it with.
No guarantees
ILLEST is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from things outside our control, including the blockchain and third-party services.
Changes
We may change these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date, and using ILLEST after that means you accept it.
